OBBBA Bill Shall Not Pass - Part 2: CRA

The Senate Democrats Can stop OBBBA (aka the Socioeconomic Genocidal Budget) from passing by July, but They Need to Act Now!

At the end of May, Senate Republicans broke precedent and used the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to revoke California’s right to set pollution standards — even after the Senate parliamentarian said it didn’t qualify.

What does that mean? It means they nuked the rulebook — and handed Democrats a powerful procedural weapon by starting a new precedent: redefining anything as a rule subject to the CRA.

Now, Democrats can use that same tool to flood the Senate floor with hundreds of CRA resolution votes on past agency actions. This would grind everything to a halt - including the final vote on Trump’s extremist One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) budget.

This buys us time. This doesn't stop OBBBA forever, but it may extend the debate past July 4th, the GOP target, which is close to the 180 day timeline Project 2025 originally aimed to implement its core government restructuring.

OBBBA creates the largest wealthy transfer from the bottom 10% to the top 10% in history. It slashes food aid, healthcare, housing, and green energy to fund the tax cut. It bans regulations that protect children from AI, strips courts of their power to enforce rulings, and consolidates even more control in the executive branch.

It essentially changes the shape of our government.

But if Democrats jam the Senate floor using the CRA loophole Republicans just opened, they can buy the country time:

➡️ Time for the media to finally connect the dots
➡️ Time for states to file lawsuits
➡️ Time to stop this train before it locks in a corporate-run AI surveilled techno-feudalistic dictatorship
